Key Responsibilities: Execute resource planning and scheduling of the FSO field force for a defined FSO area. Plan and schedule the service deliveries, the OFCE ItP projects and the TS projects in a timely manner and with a high level of quality and stakeholder involvement, ensuring the right competence is assigned to the right demand at the right time and at the right cost.

1. Plan and schedule the service deliveries, the OFCE ItP projects and the TS projects in a timely and efficient manner, with a high level of quality and effective communication and stakeholder involvement

2. Execute resource planning and scheduling for the defined FSO area with consistent application, full transparency for all stakeholders involved by means of using the global tool/s and following the global process.

3. Lead analysis of short-, mid- and long-term capacity constraints (over or under capacity) and co-ordinate capacity increase through own cluster resources, other clusters’ resources or outsourcing together with Operation Team Leader.

4. Coordinate capacity adjustment actions through own cluster resources, other clusters’ resources or outsourcing.

5. Participate in deploying visual management and KPIs for resource planning
